I had the opportunity to work closely with Vijay for over 18 months, collaborating daily across a range of fast paced projects where he lead the design team. As the lead UX designer he consistently remained engaged, communicative and collaborative, even when we were working under tight deadlines and ever shifting priorities.

He worked hard to align design efforts with broader project goals. While every project came with its own challenges Vijay stayed focused and committed to moving things forward.
